Keith Vogelgesang

Keith Vogelgesang has 20 years of experience in debt financing, corporate finance, and business operations. Before joining ECS, Keith was Managing Director and Head of the Sponsor Finance Team at East West Bank, providing financing solutions to over 20 middle market private equity sponsors and 55+ borrowers across a $1 Billion+ loan portfolio.  

Leveraged Lender (13 years) Keith managed all aspects of the group’s portfolio, including underwriting and portfolio management. Before joining East West Bank, Keith was a founding member of the OneWest (acquired by CIT) Sponsor Finance team.

Corporate Finance and Operations (7 years): Keith began his career with The Walt Disney Company at the Disneyland Resort in support roles within Industrial Engineering, Finance, and Revenue Management. Keith’s experience working at Disney provided valuable insight into pricing, financial planning, and the power of a brand.

Education:  University of California, Los Angeles – MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management

University of California, Berkeley – B.S. Industrial Engineering Operations Research, Minor in Business Administration

Interests / Activities: Keith resides in Seal Beach with his wife and three kids. Keith was a former Division I swimmer at UC Berkeley, where he was a 4-time varsity letterman, team captain his senior year, and participant in the 2000 Olympic trials.  He also recently completed his first Ironman 70.3 in Coeur d’Alene, ID.
